In modern life,milk and dairy products are closely related to our lives.However the residues of antibiotics in the original milk will directly l ead to the production of dairy products containing antibiotics.Testing whether the antibiotic content in milk meets the national standard is the most important step in its indispensable for each milk manufacturer in the process like the acquisition of raw milk and so on.This is also the significance of the antibiotic residue detection system development.In this paper,we can develop a system based on the rate of Lambertil to detect the antibiotic residues in raw milk by using colloidal gold test strip wi th the color of antibiotics in the original milk.In this paper,we compare the various detection schemes,select the array CMOS image sensor as the image acquisition module and collect the image after the test paper by the array CMOS image sensor,and com pare the intensity of the color reaction to realize the qualitative and quantitative detection.In order to make the operation of the whole system more convenient,the system also increase the detection results display,storage,printing and other auxilia ry functions.In this paper,a green LED with a wavelength of about 525 nm is used as the illumination source of the system,the array CMOS image sensor OV7670 and color sensor are used as the image acquisition module,and the STM32 microprocessor is used as the master chip.Through the color sensor to detect the collection of test paper recognition area to get the type of test strips and image sensor to collect the grayscale image of the reaction zone of the test paper.The color strength values of the quality control strip and the color band are obtained by using the knowledge of image processing and the qualitative and quantitative discrimination is made by the difference of color intensity.The hardware part of the whole system is divided into six modules according to the function: power module,data processing and control module,data acquisition module,data storage module,communication module and human-computer interaction module.The software part is based on the hardware design and completes the software design of the corresponding module,which realizes the overall function of the system including the chip in the various modules of the underlying drive and its realization of the functions,such as image acquisition,image display,image processing,curve fitting,storage and printing of test results,etc.where image processing is the key to obtain its color intensity.After the completion of the overall design of the system,the testing project of the system are carried out on the functional verification and accuracy,including the repeatability and stability test of the system and the main qualitative and quantitative testing function test.The accuracy analysis and error source of quantitative detection are given at the same time.
