This text discussed the sand production indragon block 11 oil well of Ciyutuo oil field in accordance with it's Production characteristics, analyzed the Sand Production mechanism and reasons, and proposed the sand control plan of fluoroboric acid with deep sand control of oil well, based on Study of oil well sand control technology in domestic and international.The study on Fluoboric sand control technology starts from the Reservoir Laying characteristics of ciyutuo dragon block 11 ,including characteristics of Reservoir Laying, the formation of clay minerals, and sand production mechanism and causes. The above study on Reservoir Laying characteristics Indicates that unconsolidated geological structure of the reservoir; and high formation clay content are the main causes of the sand production of oil well. Through the analysis of sand production mechanism and reason, offered the fluoboric sand control technology which can do reservoir deep sand control, evaluated fluoboric sand control technology experimentally. The experimental evaluation demonstrated characteristics of fluoboric sand control technology, which oil well can be deep sand control, which Strata plug can be reduced by dissolution of clay minerals, which the removable particles can be stabilized, and sand production be reduced;, which anti-swelling of clay can be improved .
