Research of safety investment evaluation on gas prevention and control, the paper used the theory and method of status’ safety investment and comprehensive evaluation for references, based on the evaluation target and content, constructed the coal mine gas disaster control safety investment evaluation system in terms of human resources; equipment and facility resources and education, training and reward resources, and figured out the Dongpang coal mine safety evaluation index on the time latitude by using comprehensive evaluation method.The effect of safety investment under which level can’t according to the safety evaluation index, so, the paper through establish the fuzzy comprehensive assessment model, judged the safety investment level by the maximum membership degree law.In addition, taking how to optimize the investment plan of gas prevention and control, the paper by using the co-integration theory and granger causality test analyzed the co-integration relationships about the total inputs; human resources;equipment and facility resources; education, training and reward resources; accident loss on the Dongpang coal mine gas prevention and control, and predicted the safety investment plan of Dongpang coal mine in 2016.To guide the management of coal mine safety investment more effectively, and improve the practical application effect of evaluation model, the paper combined with the information means, developed the management information system of gas prevention and control safety investment evaluation to achieve functions such as collected the original data, calculated the safety evaluation index and judged the safety investment level.
