Research Of Weighing Method On Skip Weight-fixed Loading

The Coal Mine Safety Regulations says that skip hoist must use weight-fixed loading method. This paper analyzes the shortcomings of current application used weight-fixed loading equipments, considering the environment factors in coal mine, aim to improve the accuracy of weighing and reduce the cost of productions, combined with the latest related technology in the fields.This paper firstly analyses the form and structure of the main shaft skip hoisting used in coal mine, the open side fan gate skip is determined as research object. The side fan gate skip bucket box to force analysis, mechanical equation of bucket box upper prism and lower pyramid are established, considering the effect of coal density change factors, changes in pressure and depth curve of coal to skip the vertical direction are obtained. On the basis of theoretical analysis, simulation of the variation in coal loading capacity by using ANSYS finite element analysis software, has been got the stress-strain diagram on the bottom of skip box in this process, and the place of the maximum strain and stress, installation position of sensor to determine.In view of the coal mine in the actual operation of the hoist, proposes two skip weight fixed loading weighing method. First, consider the weight of the skip, skip the support beams on the bottom of the sleepers, install skip the position corresponding to the four base load cell.the second is to ignore the skip weight, installation of wireless weighting sensor in skips floor.According to the actual situation of skip bucket, put forward with the double end fixed beam as the elastic element, semiconductor strain gauge sensor sensitive element for improving scheme, and proposed taking SCM as the core design of wireless weighting system. Finally simplify the construction of skip load weighing system in the process of loading the weighing carried out experimentally.Through the analysis of experimental data, preliminary determine the weighing method proposed in this paper is practical and feasible, and mines of skip definite-loading can be provided a new reference method.
