Now the mine intrinsically safe electrical equipment are widely used,the mine intrinsically safe power supply demand is growing. According to the GB3836.1-2010,GB3836. 4-2010 requirements in this paper we designed a 12V/1.5A mine intrinsic UPS based STM32, single-ended flyback converter.Because it is stable, smaller, electrically isolated,has the intrinsically safe output characteristics,can provide operating voltage for the underground electrical equipment. The main work is as follows:(1)IEC spark test study works from the explosive experiments deduced range of circuit protection time.we got the circuit discharge characteristics from the study of non-explosive theoretical analysis,in a capacitive circuit derive the maximum discharge energy approach (?)EITn,although it is large but the error is minimal.Under the current cut-off protection mode,InductiveTd circuits derived within Td<RC and Td>RC the variation relation between protection time and the spark discharge energy.(2)In accordance with the requirements of national standard GB3836.1-2010,we design the mine intrinsic power supply, a single-ended flyback transformers,And based on the single-ended flyback transformer design for AC/DC, DC/D BOOST-BUCK circuit to have the large range of AC input, input and output electrical isolation and the Stable DC output.(3)double over-voltage over-current protection circuit design,finally achieved the 12V/1.5A output.Through the hardware circuit design of the current cut-off protection mode, cut-off protection time control within 2 us.While establishing a mathematical model using MATLAB simulation analysis results that compared with natural discharge mode as protected mode can better limit circuit spark discharge energy.(4)Ni-MH battery management system based on STM32, LTC6803-3,we have the the charge/discharge balance,temperature control,control voltage, charge current charge and discharge on the single battery.with this system we can solve the nimh battery overcharge, discharge, the high temperature problem, improved the security of the standby power.
