Study On Input And Output Efficiency Of Coal Mine Safety Of Our Country

Coal mine enterprise is an important energy industry in China,and its security problem has always been the focus of people,s attention.In recent years,although the number of casualties in China,s coal mines is decreasing,the form of coal mine safety is still severe.The important reasons for the severe situation are low efficiency of safety input and unreasonable allocation of safety investmelt.To achieve the improvement of coal mine safety production and make rational use of resources,it is necessary to study the safety input etficiency of coal enterprises,find the best safety input,and improve safety input efficiency.In view of the current situation of insufficient safety Investment,low safety input efficiency and unreasonable allocation of safety investment,this paper analyzes the research status of safety input and safety efficiency both at home and abroad by studying relevant literature both at home and abroad.To analyze the overall situation of China,s coal mine production safety current and safety production of different types of coal mining enterprises,China's coal production has been rising,mortality million tons of coal decreased,different types of coal mine casualties also decreased,but compared with foreign countries,is still far.Analysis of the current situation of safety input of coal mine enterprises in China,from the input of safety investment structure and safety investment system three aspects to analyze the safety investment status and causes of insufficient strength,safety,safety of debts,the sources of instability affects the safety investment.Study on the relationship between safety investment and benefit,by the characteristic that safety investment,safety and efficiency increases with the increase of input,when reaches a certain level will not increase,but decreased,so the safety investment is not possible,reasonable safety investment in order to achieve high safety and high efficiency.The three stage DEA model 1s constructed to analyze the safety investment efficiency of 17 listed coal mining enterprises in China.After calculating the DEA efficiency of 17 coal enterprises,SFA 1s used to eliminate the 3 external environmental factors.DEA is applied again to get a more accurate and accurate safety input efficiency.Coal mine enterprises should enhance their awareness of safety investment.And improve the technical efficiency and management level of the enterprises.Optimizing the investment structure of security fiunds and improving the comprehensive quality of the employees.So as to improve the safety input efficiency of coal enterprisesThe results show that there is a certaln difference between the efficiency value of the third stage and the efficiency value of the first stage.Different external environmental factors have different effects on safety input efficiency.The increase of enterprise scale is not conducive to the improvement of safety input efficiency The increase of labor productivity and education level of coal mine employees will increase safety input efficiency.Low efficiency of scale is the main reason that restricts the inefficiency of security input.
