acephate(O,S-Dimethyl acetylphosphoramidothioate),is a insecticides with low toxicity and low residue.Because the high toxicity, such as Methamidophos,is gradually forbidden,the market of its substitute like acephate is growing.Meanwhile,development of new insecticides is more difficult,the period is longer and cost is higher. Formulation development on old pesticide to improve the drug effect and extend the shelf life is becoming a new task.This article studied Formulation development on acephate and found out some new formulations and process methods(90%soluble powder, 90%、95%soluble granule)。Meanwhile,the article also summary the development history and market change of acephate which is useful to the Formulation development of acephate and is also a reference to other old insecticides.
