Research On County-level City Planning Auxiliary Support System Based On2D/3DGIS

With the accelerating of industrialization and urbanization, China has entered the period of rapid urbanization development.Obviously, the rapid development of urbanization requires higher requirements on urban planning and management technology.The Geographic Information System (GIS) is an important technology way of information expression and management in the urban spatial.The progress of GIS, especially the progress of various GIS systems, collaborative computing, distributed data storage and management, integrated structure of development, which make all kinds of services and application have the possibility to integrate in3D mode, and it tremendously expands the GIS application category and service areas.The development of GIS provides digital platform and technology base and has greatl effects for planning. Auxiliary support system of city planning refers to the GIS and RS, VR, and information technology, through the establishment of the spatial database, which will make urban survival and development of infrastructure by integrating comprehensively, so as to achieve information system of three-dvisualization, virtual management, supporting decision and so on in the city planning process.Combined with city planning industry, GIS technology not only provides a new technology, but also improves our knowledge of urban phenomenon.On the one hand,the use of3DGIS in the urban planning provides another way to express necessary information of city planning through digital technology so that city planners and managers can understand and master various information of the whole city and thus they can research and discuss in a broader range of the general rule of urban development.On the other hand, the use of GIS provides numerous analytical method and model for analysis urban phenomenon quantitativly, and improves greatly the urban planning of the scientific, feasibility, and prospective. The use of auxiliary support system of urban planning has important meaning in promoting the rational planning of the city and achieving sustainable urban development.With the need of the planning requirements, this paper researches extensively for the planning auxiliary support system theory, methods and the current situation of the development, gives a design based on2D/3DGIS planning auxiliary support system framework, and introduces detailes from function analysis, system structure and case analysis; And then it studies and discusses the system which is involved3D visualization technology, uses C#.Net,and completes the design and implementation of the system based on ArcGIS Engine SDK and CityMaker SDK; Finally, the application of system has finished study of the case in urban planning of relevant application field.Through casing studying, it shows that the design of planning auxiliary support system is not just a simple combination of the traditional computer technology and urban planning industry, but also it puts the professional programming model based on the theory of the way into the information technology, uses visual technology to make the final planning achievements of expression, improves the efficiency of the planning, and expands the technical means of planning and performance dynamics, which has much better value of application in the city planning field.
