| With the development of space technology, space competition is more and morefierce. In order to simulate the space environment on the ground and reduce theinvestment and risk in research as far as possible, more and more research institutesuse ground simulation experiment system. The ground simulation experimentsystem is used to simulate microgravity and low friction environment of space. As atypical ground simulation experiment system, air bearing system support platformbody by air bearing, is able to simulate the attitude motion of microgravity and lowfriction. This paper researches the technical implementation of three-axis air bearingsystem.This paper describes the basic composition structure and working principle ofthree-axis air bearing system, then puts forward a few key technical problems anddefines the basic reference coordinate systems.This paper researches the disturbance torque of three-axis air bearing system,and makes a detailed analysis of vortex torque and unbalance torque. It usescomputational fluid dynamics to research vortex torque caused by gas ball bearingprocessing and installation deviations. By establishing a three dimensional modeland calculating, it obtains the relationship between air bearing processinginstallation deviations and vortex torque. At the same time, this paper studies thereasons of unbalance torque and elimination methods, it puts forward the automaticbalancing method based on recursive least square method by comparing the differentmethods, and introduces the structure of balance device briefly.According to the theoretical research and requirements of issue, this paper presentsthe technical indicators. It designs and realizes the three-axis air bearing system,including gas ball bearing, auto balance system and control system, etc.This paper builds the vortex torque measuring experimental platform and carriesout the vortex torque experiment. It gets a conclusion consistent with numericalcalculation. |
