PK prestressed concrete composite slab is a new type of integral slab.PK slab production of simple construction process,high bearing capacity,good integrity,advanced technology,to achieve a certain degree of green construction,industrial development,is an important part of the construction industry,has a good prospect of Engineering application.However,due to the use of function,often in the floor of different sizes of holes,such as water,electricity and other auxiliary equipment through the floor.At present,the study of the performance of PK prestressed concrete composite slabs with openings is still very rare.If the PK plate can be opened,it will effectively improve the prefabricated rate of the building.In this paper,the opening of PK prestressed concrete composite slab is studied.Based on the former research results,the PK prestressed concrete floor slab with opening is discussed in detail.The main contents are as follows:(1)by using the large finite element analysis software ANSYS,the nonlinear finite element analysis of PK prestressed concrete ribbed plate,study under distributed load deflection,PK precast ribbed plate of the change of stress and load deflection,and summarized.(2)the influence of hole size,hole position and different support conditions on the deformation of PK prestressed concrete ribbed thin plate and the stress distribution around the hole are studied.(3)the influence of opening on the load deflection relation of PK prestressed concrete ribbed thin plate of different span is analyzed.Based on the finite element analysis of PK prestressed concrete ribbed plate,the influence of the hole on the deflection and internal force of the PK prestressed concrete ribbed plate is discussed,and the influence of the different support conditions on the PK prefabricated floor is discussed.The results show that the hole will increase the deformation of the PK prestressed concrete rib thin plate in the common hole size range,and the larger the opening position is,the greater the plate deformation is.At the same time,the hole will cause stress concentration in the local area around the hole,and it will be less affected by the hole in the far distance from the hole.Through analysis of different span floor,the results show that all the above resultsare in line with the above analysis.According to the rules and regulations of the relevant atlas and the comparison of software calculation results analysis,when the opening size and location are within certain requirements,and the construction measures of the strengthening plate can be applied to the project.
