Green manufacturing is a sustainable development mode of modern enterprisesconsidering environmental impacts and the resource consumptions comprehensively,which has remarkable economic and social benefits, and is also an important featureof manufacturing industry in the21st century. The whole life cycle of productincluding design, machining, transportation, use and disposal and so on, which is fullof uncertainties, especially during the product machining process, the material flowand the processing environment are constantly changing, these uncertainties not onlyaffect the resource consumption and environment pollution, but also affect theprocessing quality and product quality. Therefore, under the uncertain environment,the research on production factors, production index and green production inmachining process is the key of enterprise when implementing the greenmanufacturing, take appropriate sustainable processing methods or measures toguarantee the realization of enterprise green production, reduce or avoid the resourceconsumption and environmental pollution under the uncertain environment.Uncertainties exist widely in engineering proplems. So, the uncertainty researchhas important significance for the product quality of machining process. In theprocessing of existing traditional enterprise, the uncertainty proplems are moreprominent in the resource and environment; these uncertainties mainly involve sixaspects: man, machine, material, method, environment, measurement, or so called5M1E. Meanwhile, these are also the main cause of fluctuation in product quality.Particularly, about material, environment, method and measurement in the differentproduct machining process, improvement of green production program requirecombination the reality, depending on the situation.Firstly, this paper introduces green manufacturing and uncertainty research statusat home and abroad, through research and investigate an auto parts manufacturingenterprise, analysis related process data about engine key parts which containconnecting rod, pistion, camshaft and crankshaft in maching process, and aim mainlythe production factors, resource consumption, energy consumption, environmentalemission and so on. Analysis resource attributes and environment attributes (green characteristic) about the engine key parts, and propose the combination of entropyand TOPSIS method, to evaluate green characteristics about the machiningprocessing of engine key parts, and confirm the key parts of the biggest impact onthe whole engine green manufacturing.Secondly, according to the key parts, study the parts processing of theproduction factors and quality uncertainty, expound six big uncertainly factors andprocess system uncertainly in production, analysis the machining process uncertaintyfactors based on causal diagram. Based on the branch experimental model in themathematical statistics, establish the experiment statistics test by selecting material,machine state and tool wear state in different time periods, and study qualitycharacteristic in the key machining peocess respectively.Finally, on the basis of green manufacturing five decision objectives whichinclude time, quality, cost, environment and resource, analysis the single-objectiveand multi-objective production decision in the machining process, and establishproduction decision model in machining process for green manufacturing. Accordingto the existing processing technologies and equipments, under the uncertaintyenvironment, put forward certain no investment, low investment, middle investmentand high investment green processing programs, and analysis technique andeconomy, which is beneficial to some green processing optimizations.
