Green manufacturing (GM) , is a kind of sustainable development model of modern manufacturing industry with remarkable social benefits and economic benefits. Green manufacturing process planning(GMPP) (Also called green process planning) is one of the key technologies of GM, and it deals with waste flows in the product processing and its influence problem, it has been paid great attention to by the research organizations of various countries, the universities as well as the government departments. Standardization is one of the key contents in GM research.Based on the research actuality of GMPP and process element planning both home and abroad, this thesis carries out the systematic research work on the strategy of GMPP, the technologies of process element planning and the assessment on the green attributes of process element. According to the above research, the related technique standards are set up.The content of this thesis is as followings:(1) The source and research significance is introduced firstly, the related content about the standard and Standardization is summarized as well as the research actuality inside and outside of our country of GMPP and green manufacturing process element planning. On the basis of that, puts forward that standardization is the important support and guarantee for the application and development of GM.(2) Based on the analysis and conclusion of the connotation and characteristic of green manufacturing process planning, the optimal multi-objective decision-making models are set up. The resource consumption and environmental impact of Green manufacturing process are analyzed.(3) In view of the selection problem such as process sorts, machine tool, cutting tools, cutting fluid of green manufacturing process element, the objective sets of the planning problem are put forward, which include six decision-making objective factors: quality (Q), time (T), cost (C), ecological environmental impact (E), resource consumption (R), and physical safety and health (H), and then the corresponding multi-objective decision-making models are developed. Taking the choice of machine tools as an example to indicate the implementation of the models mentioned above. (4) In view of the multi-objective characteristic of green manufacturing process element planning, the difficulty in green degree assessment and the complexity in model solving, a comprehensive analysis about GM assessment indexes is carried out. Studies with emphasis the green degree assessment methods and the model solution methods, of which a fuzzy comprehensive assessment method is put forward. A case study on process sort choosing in thread machining process is performed to illustrate and examine the model.(5) On the basis of the theories above and combined with the principles and methods of standardization, the related clauses of technical standards about green manufacturing process element planning are established,including basic concepts, planning objectives, planning principles, planning methods, planning procedure as well as the planning principles of the main process elements and so on.
