Abstract/Summary:
With rapid development of economics and engineering, the maritime transportingbusiness of large equipment, such as ship loader, is increasing drastically, with largerweight and dimension, and increasing the organization and operating requirement inthe transporting process. Large equipments are usually key components for large-scaleprojects of strategic significance, whose security in the transport process will play acrucial role to the smooth implementation of the whole project. Focusing on thesecurity problem of ship loader in the Ro-Ro transport process, this topic analyzed thefactors, such as human factors and technical factors, which affect the security of theship loader, and made reasonable suggestions to strengthen transport projectorganization and risk control. Then, the simplified parametric model of a ship loaderwas built with the large-scale CAE software–ANSYS, key problems in the Ro-Roprocess were simulated and the Ro-Ro craft program was optimized.Considering human factors that have great influence on security of ship loader inthe transport logistics process, Project Logistics theory was applied in the actualpractice of ship loader transport project. It was stressed that key works such as projectmanagement, organization and coordination, quality management and risk controlwere of great importance for ship loader security in the transporting process. Afterdiscussion and analysis on the above aspects, reasonable proposals were put forwardto the project logistics process with taking the logistics characteristics intoconsideration.Focusing on technical factors that affected the security of ship loader in thetransport logistics process, key problems of the craft program were simulated andanalyzed in the Ro-Ro transporting process. Firstly, the simplified parametric modelof a ship loader was built from APDL technology in ANSYS. Secondly, the effects ofcomponent’s different posture and wind load were analyzed in the Ro-Ro transportingprocess for the whole ship loader. Thirdly, the Ro-Ro transport program of themaintenance crane was analyzed and evaluated, and corresponding improvementmethods were proposed for the program. At last, modal analysis of the whole modelwas carried out and reinforcement program was proposed for all componentsaccording to the modal analysis result. Simulation results and proposed improvementmethods were proved to be of great effectiveness in actual practice. With the continuous development of economics and engineering, the largeequipment transport is becoming increasingly vivid. Research and practice in thispaper will have positive meaning and be of great of significance on related fields.
