With the rapid development of science and technology,the complex product system not only occupies an important position in the complex product system industry,but also affects the development of the main body economy of our country.How to improve the project management level of complex product system has become the focus of current theory and practice under the condition of low technical level and technology blockade and suppression by other countries.Based on the theoretical and practical research,this paper analyzes the complex product system at home and abroad,analyzes the management ability of the project in the Automation logistics system,and finally summarizes and analyzes the capability Maturity Model theory,and establishes the project management Capability Maturity Model(CMM).In this paper,the Automation Logistics System project management capacity maturity is divided into the initial stage,there are five levels of repeatable,defined,manageable and optimized phases,and the maturity model is constructed from the whole level,nine domains and three aspects,and the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)and Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method are used in the evaluation.Finally,the Project Management capability maturity model of automated logistics system is applied to the automation logistics system of Kunming Shipbuilding Equipment Co.ltd,and through the evaluation of the project management ability of the automatic logistics system of the enterprise,the deficiencies of the enterprise in the Automation Logistics project management ability are found,and put forward suggestions to improve the Enterprise Automation Logistics System Project management capacity of reference..
