As an essential part of the project management in shipbuilding industry,production logistics scheduling takes the responsibility for product delivery in line with contract period.In the current background of higher delay liquidated damages within ship market,the performances of production logistics management are directly related to the production efficiency of manufacturing enterprises.In the horizontal comparison of multi-product manufacturing industry,the production logistics management in shipbuilding project has the characteristics of multi-department,uncertainty and complication in parameters and solution model,which makes the production logistics problem become a difficult problem that needs to be continuously improved in the enterprise project management.Therefore,the research on block workshop is more necessary to improve the production logistics management.In order to improve the ability of production logistics management,this paper developed several problem models to which intelligent optimization algorithms were further applied.By simulation,the results of the proposed approach turned out to be effective.This paper starts with explanation of the theory of modern shipbuilding mode and intelligent optimization algorithm,after analyzing of the current situation of the block workshop logistics system,layout optimization for block workshop and parts distribution scheme of block are selected to optimize.Next,based on the research of the layout optimization model of the block workshop,the advantages and disadvantages of genetic algorithm principle is introduced,moreover,a genetic algorithm based on the idea of auto linefeed is applied to re-layout the block workshop,which the feasibility of the optimization scheme is verified compared with the original layout scheme.Additionally,according to the distribution method of parts pallet in lean production mode,a segmented parts distribution model with hard time window constraints is proposed.In the light of the model presented,an improved genetic algorithm is used to optimize,and compared with the traditional genetic algorithm,which proves that the improved genetic algorithm has the advantage in solving speed.Finally,a simulation model of parts distribution based on discrete event is constructed using Flexsim.Through the operation of the model that simulates conditions,the simulation results of the improved scheme are obtained,and thefeasibility of the optimization scheme is verified by comparing the original optimization scheme.
