Research On Identifying Device Of Portable Sulfur Smoked Chinese Medicine Based On Micro Fiber Spectrometer

Chinese medicine is a treasure of China’s traditional culture,occupies a very importantposition in medicine science.However, some unscrupulous traders use the sulfur to smokeChinese medicine, in the process of Chinese medicine’s processing and drying to achieve thepurposes of makes the Chinese medicine looks beautiful, extend storage time then achieve theillegal profit. Sulphur is toxic, long-term use will damage people’s health seriously.Nowadaysthe common Chinese medicine identification method in Chinese market is sensory evaluationmethod, but the results of sensory evaluation method is easily affected by man-madefactors and the external environment, affect the objectivity of the results.So study a simple,rapid, accurate identification to identify sulfur smoked medicine is very necessary.The unique ingredients and structure in Chinese medicine make it has a special curativeeffect，and lead to the selective absorption of the radiation source, then sulfur smokedmedicine containing sulfur, lead the composition in Chinese medicine and sulfur will absorbthe radiation source selectively,then form a unique transmittance spectra. According to thecharacteristic absorption peak of sulfur smoked medicine can identify Chinese medicinequalitatively.This article has designed a portable measuring device which consists of a light source,cuvette, micro fiber spectrometer and laptop, and designed constant current circuit to drivethe light source.Adopted transmission method to measure genuine honeysuckle、chrysanthemum and sulfur smoked samples spectrum,compared with the leachate’spectrumof distilled water、ethanol、homemade sulfur-ethanol leaching solution，found that sulfursmoked medicine and sulfur had characteristic absorption peaks at715nm and835nm,analysis showed that the sulfur smoked medicine’s characteristics peaks caused by thesulfur.Research shows that the experimental apparatus consists by micro fiber spectrometercan be used in the identification of genuine and sulfur smoked medicine. Finally,ues themeasuring device of portable sulfur smoked Chinese medicine to measure themedicine purchase in different pharmacy, results showed that the phenomenon of using sulfur to smoke medicine still exists on the market, use practice to prove the use device hasnecessity and practicability.
