With the coastal economy developing rapidly, the cutter-suction dredger has abroad market, it is an important equipment of underwater excavation transportationand water engineering management, in which there is hydraulic shock, not only themaintenance cost increased, but also seriously affected the production efficiency.Therefore, reducing the hydraulic shock of reamer system has practical significance.The subject comes from an actual project about GANG HANG JUN5. Referringto the reamer system of cutter-suction dredger, to design the hydraulic systeminstalled on the accumulator with a one-way throttle valve. Then this article useAMESim to analysis the founded model in order to fully study hydraulic shock andhow to reduce the hydraulic shock better.Because the hydraulic shock of reamer system absorbed is not satisfactory,accumulators with a one-way throttle valve are installed on the dredger hydraulicsystem, which reduce the hydraulic shock and repetitive oscillation. Based onsimulation and research platform, this article checks dynamic characteristics of theimproved system. Passing and contrasts, verify that the improved system absorb thehydraulic shock more effectively. The hydraulic shock of the reamer system Improved,this article further study the pipeline how to influence the dynamic characteristics ofthe system so that the best length and diameter could be chosen.The result of the theory and simulation is tested and verified by experimentalstudy. some pressure sensors installed from the pump discharge collect the field data.The simulation results are integrated with the measurement data curve, the correlateanalysis of dynamic simulation and test result shows that adding storage devices isone of the effective ways which can reduce the hydraulic shock and increase energyutilization.
