Cutter suction dredger is a kind of high efficiency dredging device,which is used widely in channel dredging,river sewage disposal,harbor construction,reclamation engineering.The working area of cutter suction dredger is altered from river and coastal region to unsheltered area,the stone cut is harder and harder,so the installed power and draught is increasing,then the wording loads and environmental load is greater than the previous cutter suction dredgers.The loads are transformed to the sea bed through the working spud.It should be noted that the wave load is bigger than the other kinds of load.In order to reduce the wave peak load applied on the spud and ensure the safety of work,the buffering systems are adopted on the cutter suction dredger.The hydraulic cylinder buffering system is one kind of buffering systems,some researches are done in this thesis about this type of buffering system.The time and frequency domain analysis are conducted through hydrodynamics software AQWA and Sesam.The wave load RAO curves,the changing rule of wave load with wave periods,the ship hydrodynamic coefficient are concluded through the hydrodynamic software.On the basis of that,using the hydraulic simulation software AMEsim to study the hydraulic buffering system,the effect of accumulator volume,accumulator pre-charge,hydraulic cylinder diameter on the performance of the hydraulic buffering system.After that,the result of the simulation reveals the changing law of buffering cylinder tension,the bending moment between spud carriage and ship hull,the buffering efficiency in different sea condition.At the end of this thesis,some studies are done about choosing the accumulator and validated through the dynamic simulation.This thesis provides a method for studying the hydraulic buffering system and reference for designing this type of buffering system. |
