Truck crane, one of the new types of efficient lifting transport equipment which can both lift and transport, has been gradually recognized by a large number of users and acceptance. The hydraulic system is very important part of the lorry crane working system. The leg mechanism can support the entire weight of the crane in the work and its stability is related to the safe and reliable in the process of lifting objects, so this paper mainly discusses the hydraulic system of lorry crane to conduct research and optimization.This paper takes a certain type SQ5 of lorry crane as research object. We research and analysis lifting loop, expansion loop, rotary loop and leg loop and establish the parameters of the important components in the hydraulic system. Computer simulation technology is used to the truck crane hydraulic system in this paper. Two-way hydraulic lock model is established through HCD library of AMEsim software. Then we can establish the dynamic model of the leg loops with the hydraulic circuit principle diagram and major parameters of the leg, and we can also analyze its dynamic characteristics through the simulation graph. Through comparing the simulation results and theoretical calculation results, we can verify the validity and availability of the model. Through adjusting different parameters which influence the two-way hydraulic lock, we study main factors of the two-way hydraulic lock which influence the dynamic characteristics of a leg loops. Based on the analysis of the simulation in the leg hydraulic system and all kinds of problems, such as the problem of long time for stretching out legs and violent shaking for withdrawing legs, in the actual working condition, we optimize leg loops by adding the differential connection device.There are some problems when outrigger of lorry crane is at work. Legs sometimes don’t stay up or fall down by themself. Legs stretch out for a long time and shakes violently while they are withdrawing. As two-way hydraulic lock can lock oil circuits in the leg circuits, it can avoid accident caused by legs when they are out of control. So we establish the dynamic model of the leg loops and research through adjusting different parameters which influence the two-way hydraulic lock. Then we study main factors of the two-way hydraulic lock which influence the dynamic characteristics of leg loops. It may be helpful for us to use the device rightly and maintain its performance correctly. The differential connection device is first added in the hydraulic circuits of the leg loop in this paper, and we greatly improved the problem of long time for stretching out legs and violent shaking for withdrawing legs.Through the analyzing the dynamic characteristics of two-way hydraulic lock, we know that main factors which influence the performance of hydraulic lock is spring stiffness, and the quality and damping of valve has little influence on its performance. The differential connection device is first added in the hydraulic circuits of the leg loop in this paper, and we make the time of stretching legs shortened 4 minutes and greatly improved the problem of violent shaking for withdrawing legs.The innovative point in this paper is that the differential connection device is first added in the hydraulic circuits of the leg loop in this paper, and we greatly improved the problem of long time for stretching out legs and violent shaking for withdrawing legs. The research method used in this article provides the related theoretical basis and optimize for the design and improvement of the lorry crane hydraulic system. It has a certain practical significance to improve the technical level of lorry crane.
