However, at present, there is no related theory system,people usually set the indicator with personal experience:many designers determine theindex according to their experience, which often lack of rationality, So the index datashows difficult to achieve the objective and lack of operability. On the other side, indexdata has certain logical relationship. But in actual operation, because of space,concession, building of their own property and other factors, the results can not bedetermined by simple mathematical relationships, they need for a more rationaldeliberation. For residential, this paper aims to put forward the capacity index data andquantitative conclusions in different residential mode. This conclusion is based on theindex law, building’s own property and the building regulations. In order to control theregulation of residential land index setting, to provide the data relationship can bewidely accepted for reference, and to help the control regulations formulated in linewith expectations, with reasonable performance. The thirdchapter has made a classification of different patterns of the settlements and sort out theexperience value, in order to provides building attribute data for the next study.The fourth chapter solved the problem of parametric software platform ofcomputer first, Put forward the residential capacity form simulation process by usingcomputer.
