Application Research On Green Hospital Architectural Programming Based On CRS Model

With the introduction of the "green hospital building evaluation criteria" andrelated national policy, we are paying closer attentions on green hospital buildings. Inaddition, the green hospital is not only closely related to the green hospital buildingdevelopment, the development of the society, the development of medical technology,but also Inherently associated with the medical process, construction mode and theupdate of medical equipment,and at the same time closely related to the hospitalmedical service, operation and management, green hospital design mode which iswidely used has not been able to meet the design of green hospital. Therefore, becauseof the complexity of the green hospital, problems in the construction operation and thelack of green hospital planning practice, the research of green hospital buildingprogramming has its urgency and research value.In the whole research process, the author take advantage of CRS architecturalprogramming of Pena’s related theory and practice experience（which is one of the mostmainstream, affect the most far-reaching planning method in the United States）and theknowledge of green hospital, in order to build green hospital construction programmingmodel, and the author hope exert an influence on controllable guiding significance（practical significance）to the design of the late design.Secondly, according to the five steps of CRS architectural programming model, thearticle constructs overall pattern of the green hospital architectural programming:defining projects, goals information collection and analysis, determining the planningstrategy, determining the planning data, expressing the planning results (statingimportant problem),and detailed analyzes the green hospital architecturalprogramming’s content in every step.Then, according to the particularity of the green hospital, the article builds greenhospital’s own four factors: site selection and environment construction, comprehensiveefficiency, energy saving technology, green health and management system, completsthe programming matrix, and improves the system of green hospital programmingplanning;Finally, based on the actual project planning of Hechuan people’s Hospital (greenhospital), the article introduces programming work experience and lessons inaccordance with the programming model.
