Research On The Impact Of BIM Technology On The Design Of Green Hospital Buildings

In the world,in the face of the serious environmental pollution,excessive consumption of energy,in many countries,green sustainable development has become the mainstream of the hospital construction.In China,hospital construction volume is currently ranked first in the world.In recent years the health service and other interested departments in China have begun to promote the construction of green hospital from top to bottom in practice.With the development of social economy,China’s public demands for hospital environment are improving,individual hospital construction scale is also increasing,functions are becoming more and more complex.The construction of green hospital in China is facing many problems:Energy consumption is getting higher and higher,the extensive energy saving measures have not achieved the effect,the energy saving software usability and the construction quality are to be improved.We need new and more effective methods to solve these problems.It is necessary to study the new theory of new technology to the improvement of green hospital design.In the sustainable development of construction industry,the application of BIM has achieved remarkable results,which brings new ideas to the improvement of green hospital design.So this research aims at how to apply BIM technology to the design of green hospital to improve the level of design and solve the problems of green hospital construction faced.firstly,this study studied the development of green hospital building design at home and abroad,and then compared the evaluation standards and design methods of green hospitals in various countries.Based on this,this paper sorts out the objectives and design methods of green hospital building design in our country and summed up the green hospital core problem in design of energy saving,safety and humanization.Secondly,this study analyzes the combination of BIM technology and green hospital design at the theoretical level,and discusses the advantages and limitations of BIM technology applied in green hospital design;Again,select some green hospital design examples which use BIM technology for analysis and research,focusing on the BIM technology applied in the green hospital design process and the influence of BIM technology on the architectural design of green hospital.Based on the above analysis,this paper summarizes the practical experience,puts forward the countermeasures,and puts forward the views on the future of the application of BIM technology in the green hospital building design.
