| In the wake of the increasing number of hospital buildings in China,hospital building is facing two urgent problems.First is a lot of demand for energy,and the second is high quality requirements of interior.Based on these two problems,China has issued the latest Evaluation of Green Hospital Buildings,which provides more accurate quantitative evaluating indicators,compared to the previous one.At the same time,2016-2020 Years Construction Industry Informatization Development Outline put forward the use of BIM to promote the development of the construction industry.In this paper,the green hospital is the research object,the aim is to explore the accracy degree about using BIM performance analysis technology in green hospital design through constructing an evaluation system.Therefore,the advantages and disadvantages of using BIM in hospital can be provided to ralated researchers and users.And also the research method can be used in studying the accuracy of using BIM in other architecture as a reference.In this paper,the first aim is to explore the method of combining BIM performance analysis technology with green hospital design and screening the evaluation indicators,by studying the combining method of BIM and green hospital design,issued by China Academy of Building Research.The second aim is to build an AHP analysis system to determin the weight of each evaluation indicator.And then make a scoring principle according to Evaluation of Green Hospital Buildings.This paper takes Yunnan Fuwai Hospital as a research case.The cooperated local quality inspecion company provides the actual measurement of the achitectural environment in contrast with the simulation value.After comparison,the accuracy of using BIM performance analysis technology in green hospital design can be easily calculated and it is 88%.Study also finds that the most priority of all BIM performance analysis is illumination simulation and indoor air flow simulation. |
