The Research Of Function Modular Maturity Of Aircraft Assembly Tooling Based On MBD

As the equipment which are ensuring accuracy and coordination during the process of aircraftassembly, aircraft assembly tooling have a lot of sorts, a large quantity and a long developing period.So MBD and the project management technology are needed to improve efficiency and accuracy ofthe design for the design process. To meet the demand of aircraft assembly tooling’s rapiddevelopment, the thesis combined the structure features of aircraft assembly tooling with the MBD,did research on the MBD‘s application system, established the MBD’s design specifications of. Andalso try to control and manage the aircraft assembly tooling’s design progress, archive correctlycontrolling every segments of the design condition, combined with using maturity technology. What Ihave done above have significant implication on the success of the project developing of aircraftassembly tooling.The thesis did deeply research around rapid development of aircraft assembly tooling:Put forward MBD`s design specifications of aircraft assembly tooling，established MBD`sapplication system of aircraft assembly tooling, and achieved aircraft assembly tooling`s fullthree-dimensional solution aiming at the existing MBD definition and experiences of using MBDtechnology during the aircraft design.Put forward the model of assembly tooling’s functional modular unit maturity and the evaluationindex, use the investigation method from experts and hierarchical fuzzy comprehensive evaluationmethod to establish the evaluation model of tool design maturity, archive to do objective evaluationon aircraft assembly tooling design maturity.
