With the development of city economy, city power grid scale growth rate of about20%per year. Complex network system, many kinds of equipment as well as the moment load,electric energy, make the old camp with the separation of the management mode can not meetthe growing demand. Camp with the separation of the distribution system in the field ofmanagement, lack of depth of information resources utilization, lack of fine management andflow management; economic benefits, there are repeated construction, software and hardwareresources staff work efficiency is low, higher cost of maintenance.
