| By the end of2012, the total mileage of national highway has reached about96,000km.As a coastal economy province,Guangdong’s highway mileage has reached more than5500kilometers by the end of2012, ranking the second status among nationwide provinces andcities.It is followed by the times of large area conservation.The number of the roads whichneed to be conserved in Guangdong province reached several million square meters a year,but current method can not guarantee the construction quality,it results in road paving is notable to meet the requirements.Experience has shown that micro-surfacing asphalt aggregate’ s skid resistanceperformance decreases rapidly within six months after paving.It is mainly for that roadconstruction is fast compaction table and lost much effective skid structure.Based on thissituation, the development of rubbing knead rutting tester can simulate the real situation inwhich the road is compacted effect.Furthermore,this machine lay the foundation for studyingthe early pavement skid resistance indoor attenuation variation.Combining7mm sieve with rub test method can improve the existing micro-surfacingasphalt grading design methods.It can highlight the internal skeleton of asphalt wedgingability to achieve good anti-slide structure and durability which is required.Based on rubrutting test,this paper evaluate two graded asphalt mixture’s anti-slide performance.To bespecific,this paper discuss texture depth (MTD) and coefficient of friction (BPN)measurement results.After improving, performance of anti-slide structure has been greatlyimproved compared with the structure which is not improvement,so it has good stabilityagainst sliding.This paper explores the floor bearing skid resistance variation through controllingdifferent experimental temperatures, different gradations and different types of classes.Thispaper established a performance evaluation method based on anti-slide rub test and takeadvantage of this method to evaluate attenuation prediction model;thereby selecting a bestprediction model under various conditions. With engineering examples, the predicted effectof the preferred model was validated. The experimental results show that the prediction modelis preferable that can predict the durability of pavement skid more accurately.This paper uses the consistency of laboratory tests to establish a curve in differentgradation, asphalt content and different water content. Then,it uses rapid determination ofmoisture content consistency curve method and apparatus for combining micro-surfacingconstruction quality asphalt paving in real time when fast, effective control. Through practice test, this method can be well used on the quality of the control of micro-surfacing asphaltmixture construction.
