IEC61850represents the latest trends in substation automation system SAS, which is thekey technology of digital, intelligent substation. It is a new way to build the SAS andsubstation construction, maintenance and operation will have a greater impact. IEC61850establish a unified, hierarchical object-oriented information model to achieve self-describedequipment to apply extended automation capabilities, to meet the requirements of theapplication of open interoperable, so that different manufacturers, different types of IEDdevices can interoperate. With the continuous development of computer graphics technology,graphics substation automation system is an inevitable trend in the future of digital substationbased on IEC61850standard. However, the current domestic many real-time monitoringsystem graphics module build, and some use the configuration software to establish their own,some use abroad a full monitoring system platform. Among them, useing their ownconfiguration software are generally created using your own graphics format, the technologyis not very mature, very easy to use, the effect is not good, and there are problems in termscompatible with other systems. Use of foreign monitoring platform, as the core technologydoes not understand, a problem can not be solved. Therefore, the study substation graphicalsystem has important implications for the future development of digital substation.This paper introduces the concept of IEC61850and its domestic and internationaldevelopments in the relevant circumstances; while concise introduction to the impact ofcurrent development of domestic and foreign power system graphics software and its futuredevelopment of digital substation; On the basis of comparative analysis IEC61850Ed1.0andIEC61850Ed2.0,elaborate the technical characteristics of the IEC61850standard from fouraspects.To fully understand the new trends in the proper use of IEC61850and IEC61850played a good stepping stone.Based on the LN in IED modular representation within the model to realize theinformation exchange between the LN in IED graphical display; By comparing the twoprograms, finished a better combination of SSD file and SVG file, and then realize thegraphical capabilities SSD file extensions; Through the analysis of the system configurationprocess, build a graphical system framework.In this paper, with SVG graphics technology, the overall function of the system’s maininterface does a modular design,highlights process design and implementation of some of themain module, For example, a user configuration interface MVC design pattern, SCL fileverification and analysis, etc. At the same time based on Java language, implemented of therelevant functions and demonstrated operating results. Finally, set up a framework for graphical display of the total system. From two aspectsof SCL file to database storage and primitive information, designed and implemented toconnect the main interface with a relational database. by example elaborated the convertingbetween Java and ASN.1, through Socket build a model of File Transfer based on P2Pnetwork.
