The Life Cycle Cost Management Research And Application Based On BIM

With the rapid development of social economy, the construction industry has also been arapid development. Cost management as an important part of the construction projectmanagement, whole life-cycle cost management has become the trend of cost managementdevelopment. Due to the current cost management systems are not well suited for life cyclecost, It causes that the efficiency of cost management is not high, and also has an impact onproductivity throughout the construction industry. The emergence of BIM technology andformation of BLM concept provides a good solution for the whole life-cycle costmanagement.For the whole life-cycle cost management processing information problems, this articlebased on BIM concept, with BIM as the core of the life-cycle cost management system,provides a good solution to the problem of information exchange of project participants in thewhole life-cycle cost management in various stages. Firstly, through the analysis of wholelife-cycle cost management means is to establish a management information system based onBIM technology; then introducing BLM concept、BIM technology and IFC standards, itsolves the technical issues of the development of management systems; Finally, this articlemakes a preliminary analysis of whole life-cycle cost management information systemon functional requirement、implementation method、system architecture and the function ofeach subsystem module，providing the ideological foundation of system development.Finally, it introduces the realization means of the whole life-cycle cost managementsystem in the various stages of the life cycle, in order to explain the realization value of thewhole life-cycle cost management based on the whole life cycle cost management system.
