| The total energy consumption of the building is687million tce of China in2012o With the urbanization process in China, the future will have more than70%of the population live in towns, cities and towns will greatly increase the total area of residential, in the case of a reasonable amount of development of urban residential construction, building area is expected from the current15.1billion m2to24billion m2。With sharply increased construction area will result in a dramatic increase in energy consumption associated, and the energy consumption of existing buildings accounted for more than95%of energy consumption, therefore, energy-saving renovation of existing buildings has become a top priority for future national energy strategy implementation. The premise of limited resources, the most appropriate rehabilitation programs for the right project to launch the transformation, but also an important energy-saving work. Therefore, the transformation of pre-project evaluation is imperative.In this paper, the heating area of existing residential buildings for the study, on the basis of the collection and check out the information, learn from the research results at home and abroad, using qualitative analysis combined with quantitative analysis, build the evaluation model based on triangular fuzzy number and based on the DeST-h energy consumption simulation software evaluation model. First of all, through the evaluation model based on triangular fuzzy number from "reform after the energy-saving" and "reconstruction of transformation" and "efficiency of environmental impact" and "comfort from four aspects of energy-saving" renovation project prophase scheme optimization, then through DeST-h energy consumption simulation software based evaluation model of the output results from the angle of economic effect, to evaluate the plan again. Through two different evaluation methods of comparative analysis, get the optimal scheme.In the end, set one family members’hospital in Beijing institute of residential building as an example for case study, apply of two kinds of evaluation model, through building the evaluation index system and economic evaluation index to evaluate four kinds of energy saving retrofit scheme, and through the lateral comparison between mutually exclusive soluti-on. Finally we sort for each scheme is A4>A3>A2>A1me result is the same before and after the two methods, at the same time, combining with the example, Put forward the technical measures and suggestions to further promote the energy saving renovation of existing buildings. |
