| Highway electromechanical system is an important consist part of the highway. And, itguarantees the high-speed, efficient, safe, and comfortable operations for the expressway.Adopting standardized electromechanical management could also develop safe operations forhighway system. Meanwhile, the utilization of equipment also could be improved by this way. Therefore, all above measures could contribute to enterprises’ maximize economic benefits. While, an efficient equipment management system requires scientific and rational classifystandard and coding policy for all of equipments. Furthermore, the highway equipmentmanagement demands the cooperation of electromechanical equipment managing department, the accounting department and equipment sector. Therefore, managing from multipledimensions is an effective way to improve the managing efficiency of equipmentmanagement. This paper studied the composition and characteristics of the highway electromechanicalsystem, and summed up demands for highway electromechanical equipment management, management status and existing problems, Moreover, it also studied the classification theoryand the application of classification theory in equipment management scope. In the meantime, the drawbacks and benefits for common kinds of highway electromechanical classificationmethods also were analyzed in this paper. On the basis of these studies, it researched methods of multi-dimensional classificationof highway electrical. And, it also classifies equipment from perspectives of mechanicalequipment, fixed assets from dimension to dimension, or the device class mechanical. Finally, based on multi-dimensional, the classification method designed and implemented the highwayelectromechanical device software management system, to verify the feasibility ofmulti-dimensional classification and classification results. The result of this research proved that this highway electromechanical equipmentmulti-dimensional classification method applies to highway electromechanical management. And it has obvious advantages in terms of asset management, fault repair, equipment data andstatistical analysis. Based on mechanical and electrical equipment, this multi-dimensional classification has a strong practical value to develop highways underlying database. |
