| At present,industrial steam is an indispensable energy demand for industrial production,and the acquisition of industrial steam is particularly important.Industrial steam generally comes from coal boilers or electric boilers,and ordinary coal boilers have serious pollution to the atmosphere and are not easy to control.Therefore,the object of this study is selected as electric boiler.Electric boilers are thermal equipment that heat water to pressure water or saturated steam.They are green environmental protection equipment and are now widely used in domestic heating and industrial production.Based on the understanding of the operation state of electric boiler,this paper adopts Siemens S7-200 programmable controller(PLC)as controller.The temperature of electric boiler is controlled by the matrix control algorithm in the prediction control algorithm to ensure that the outlet temperature of electric boiler is within a certain range of requirements.In the process of ensuring the safe operation of electric boilers,the production efficiency is improved and the unnecessary loss of resources is reduced.Firstly,by understanding the structure of the temperature control system of automatic electric boiler,this paper designs the control algorithm for boiler temperature control system,analyzes which one is more suitable for boiler control,and analyzes the practicability of the reference algorithm.After the control algorithm is determined,the design scheme of the whole system parameter transmission and how to determine the control parameters is put forward.According to the characteristics of the system,combined with the hardware conditions of the system,a matching control program is written.Finally,the configuration software is used to develop the boiler temperature control system,so that the on-site staff can detect and master the boiler's real-time condition,and can deal with the problem in time to solve the problem. |
