Subway shield tunnel project contains more than one group interval, and the adjacentstation project and interval synchronous construction, project construction synchronously,often venue cross, cross construction road crossing, operation conflict or interference. Inaddition, the shield tunnel project group has a linear distributed geographically, shieldtunneling construction in inevitably through the existing tunnel and adjacent building andinter-city railway has built projects, such as shield interval cross conflict with existingprojects and project group. Range of shield construction project group is under construction,or cross interference and influence of the project, makes the shield construction watercontinuity is destroyed, caused the production efficiency of forgetting effect, makes the shieldtunneling efficiency is reduced, time limit for a project is not controlled, easy cause schedulerisk. In addition, project group of shield interval for internal and external systems of all kindsof uncertain risk factors also can produce schedule risk.The paper stand in the Angle of the construction of shield tunnel construction schedulerisk problem of project group, this would require the building to contractor group as the mainbody of the project schedule risk management system, and help the construction of riskcontrol and time limit for a project management progress. Based on this, this article throughthe group of shield tunnel project schedule risk identification, risk assessment, risk responseto progress, to establish the system of risk management for construction schedule riskmanagement to provide technical support and theoretical guidance.This article first expounds the project group of schedule risk problem of shield intervaland schedule risk mechanism, and then from risk identification, risk assessment, risk responseto the risk management process is discussed and analyzed. Finally this article USES the fuzzycomprehensive judgment method to establish comprehensive consider the risk probability andrisk consequence of construction risk assessment model, according to the schedule riskevaluation index system, risk acceptance criteria and evaluation standard, the subway shieldtunnel project of construction schedule risk carries on the comprehensive analysis andevaluation, to determine the overall risk level and risk of a single risk factor level size. At thesame time, based on the evaluation conclusion, put forward the corresponding measures ofrisk.
