Complex product in terms of composition, management and the work environment ismore complex, involving multiple fields, multi-discipline, and the use of multipletechnologies, the development process cover the entire life cycle, and emphasizes thecollaboration in different space. To facilitate execution and management of complex productproject, using work breakdown structure to decompose layer by layer, but the relationshipbetween tasks is complex after the decomposition, obstacles the schedule control. Complexproduct project completed by many participants in the development process, due to thedifferent levels of participants in the project organization, thus the need for schedule controlprocess is different, so how to effectively control the complex product project, at the sametime construct different levels of control flow demand is the focus of the research.Schedule control is an important guarantee to complete the project on time and quality,using work breakdown structure to decompose complex product project layer by layer, splitinto a cluster of simple tasks, to facilitate multiple tasks to perform at the same time, inorder to shorten the duration of the project; The coupling relationship between the tasks, youneed to use fuzzy dependency structure matrix to analyze the coupling relationship betweentasks, to eliminate or reduce the coupling relationship; Then using responsibility assignmentmatrix to assign tasks to different departments or cooperation enterprises, clear the taskresponsible, prevent the role of confusion of the task responsible. So this paper embarksfrom analysis of the coupling relationship between tasks to study schedule control of theproject.The research content of this paper include following aspects:(1) To analyze schedule control need about complex product project under collaborativeenvironment: firstly, analyze the characteristics and existing problems of complex productproject work breakdown structure; Secondly, state the schedule control characteristics ofcomplex product project under collaborative environment; Then conclude the influencefactors and the method of complex product project under collaborative environment; Finally,from the real-time, normative and integrated control three aspects state the requirements ofcomplex product project under collaborative environment.(2) Study on decoupling of complex product project work breakdown: Firstly, analyze therelationship between the tasks of complex product project work breakdown, Secondly, construct fuzzy dependency structure matrix to describe the relationship and strength of thedependency degree about the tasks; Finally, applying the method of matrix multiplication todetermine the coupled task set, to eliminate or reduce the coupling relationship betweentasks, and achieve the goal of planning the coupled tasks;(3) Schedule control process of complex product project under collaborative environment:Firstly, make an estimation of task duration for complex product project work breakdown,and lay a foundation for the schedule control. Secondly, state principles and types ofcomplex product project schedule control under collaborative environment; And thensummarizes the schedule control process of complex product project under collaborativeenvironment; Finally, study on schedule control based on genetic algorithm.
