Research On The Construction Of Index System Of Green Building And Comprehensive Evaluation

The evaluation of green building is very important to enhance the developmentof green building, promote to develop smoothly, and improve comprehensivecompetitive power. This dissertation focuses on the research of green buildingevaluation, including construction of evaluation index system and formulation of theevaluation method.Firstly, green building is defined, the development of it is expatiated, and basedon the characteristics of the green building, according to the principles of indexsystem setup, the general evaluation index system of green building is proposed, onthe basis of rough set, new method for index reduction is proposed, and primary indexsystem is reduced, so the evaluation index system of green building is confirmed.Based on fuzzy-AHP method, evaluation model of green building is formulated, theprocedure of which is also proposed, weight of the indicators is confirmed by AHP,and green building of WT is evaluated by comprehensive evaluation method withsingle factor or comprehensive factors, which can help decision makers know aboutthe development of it.
