The construction industry is the pillar industry of China's national economy.The output value completed by the construction industry is an important component of national income,and it has a close relationship with the improvement of people's lives.While the construction industry is booming,its consumption of natural resources and destruction of the ecological environment cannot be underestimated.During the entire life cycle of the project,the construction process is of great importance to the construction concept of implementing sustainable development in the construction process as an engineering phase with relatively large resource consumption and relatively intensive consumption.The construction process of sustainable development is green construction,and the sustainable development of the construction process is guaranteed in five aspects of “four sections and one environmental protection”.The goal of green construction is to achieve the unity of economic benefits,social benefits and environmental benefits from a macro perspective.From a micro perspective,it is to control the energy consumption of each project and reduce its impact on the ecological environment..How to establish a green construction target system to exert its guiding role in the construction process of the project,how to measure whether the construction process meets the requirements of the green construction target system is the problem to be solved under the current situation of green construction development.The paper takes the goal of green construction as the research object,analyzes the connection and difference between green construction and traditional construction,defines the concept of green construction target system,and uses the theory of rough set theory,such as middle-price relationship and attribute reduction,based on theoretical knowledge.The rough set theory reduces the evaluation indicators of the green construction target system.In the evaluation model,according to the concept of green construction goal system,factor analysis method is used to divide the target system from fine to small,and build evaluation index system step by step.Analyze the connection and importance of each index,and use rough set theory.After optimizing the indicator system,an indicator system consisting of 5 first-level indicators,14 second-level indicators and 34 third-level indicators was obtained.On this basis,the meaning and content of each indicator were defined,and the characteristics of the indicators were formulated.Corresponding evaluation criteria;based on the optimized indicators,a data information system is established,and indicators are empowered to reduce the subjectivity generated during the evaluation process.Finally,through the study of actual cases,using the evaluation model built to evaluate the actual construction of the green construction target system,the resulting evaluation results are analyzed in-depth,affirmingthat the project is a measure that fully meets the requirements of the target system,improving the basic The method of meeting the targets of the target system adjusts and improves the measures that hardly satisfy the target system,realizes the summary of the evaluation project and plays a guiding role for similar projects,so as to verify the scientificness and operability of the entire evaluation model.
