In order to reduce electricity consumption, industrial steam turbines are used to drive circulating pump and boiler fan in some heating enterprises. However, the use of industrial steam turbines are unordered and without scale. In this regard, Technical, economy and energy saving of the regional boiler rooms heating system for which adapt industrial steam turbines to drive circulating pumps, boiler feed water pumps and fans, with exhausted steam to exchange heat in sodas are going to be studied whith2million m2to7million m2in cold area.It can provide a certain guidance and reference for the reasonable equipment and selection of the industrial steam turbines.Firstly, forms of regional hot water boiler rooms heating system and regional steam boiler rooms and regional steam-hotwater boiler rooms heating system of which circulating pumps, boiler feed water pumps and fans are drived by industrial steam turbines, with exhausted steam to exchange heat in soda are analyzed.Schematics of energy utilization for each regional boiler room heating system are drawed.Secondly, rational configuration between the boilers and drag loads as well as industrial steam turbines and soda exchangers are studied. Getting a rational allocation scheme between boiler and its main drag loads,industrial steam turbines and soda exchangers.4sets29MW~99MW in frozen regions and3sets46MW~99MW in cold regions are equipped for traditional regional hot water boilerrooms, steam boiler rooms and hot water boiler rooms.Again, operation adjustment and energy consumption of the boiler and circulating pump, boiler fan,boiler feed pumps of three boiler heating system for different climate zones are analyzed.Deriving operation formulas for the boiler and energy consumption formulas for its drag load.Case analysis,getting the process of boiler and drag load as well as the energy consumption of typical city.Finally, a technical and economic model of which computational cost per year of unit heating area of regional boiler room heating system is established. Economy and energy of the regional steam boiler home as well as regional steam and hotwater boiler home.The result shows that regional steam hot-water boiler room is more economic than the steam boiler room.Saving1.39kwh/m2~1.88kwh/m2power in very cold aera and0.96kwh/m2~1.36kwh/m2in cold aera;Take the coal consumption of the industrial steam account,saving0.06kg standard coal/(m2a)~0.18kg standard coal/(m2a) in the very cold aera as well as0.05kg standard coal/(m2a)~0.09kg standard coal/(m2a)in the very cold aera comprehensively by the use of industrial steam turbine.
