As the improvements of traditional masonry structure theory improvements and the elimination of solid clay bricks, reinforced masonry shear wall structure is being popularized, and improved to a higher and more sophisticated direction. However, for the study of these complex structures is not yet mature, and it is more what is currently focused on building and research of reinforced concrete block masonry structures under the norms, which has a big gap compared to Europe and other developed countries, so the block puzzle development structure of our country has great potential. In this paper, combining with the practical engineering tests and finite element simulation, the seismic performance of the high-rise reinforced concrete block masonry structure was studied as follows..Firstly, it gives a brief introduction to the method of environmental incentive about the dynamic performance test of the high-rise structure, and the three high-rise reinforced masonry structures were field tested; by MATLAB software,it uses respectively the peak method and the stochastic subspace to calculate the measured natural cycles, modes and damping ratio, reflecting the practicality and effectiveness of the different ways depending on the different purposes; using the above two methods, the data of the28-story structure were analyzed contrastly, and it was summarized the using characteristics of these two methods.Secondly, it was constructed that the finite element model of reinforced masonry fshearwall structure aby the software SAP2000; simulation results were compared with the actual test dynamic performance parameters, proved the correctness of the model. Finally, by the response spectrum analysis of the finite element model and the elastic time-history analysis of structures under the multi-case earthquake to the reinforced masonry structure of28layers, it was obtained that the characteristics of the vertex displacement schedule process of the structure, the story displacement angle schedule process between the weak, the acceleration schedule process of the top and the shear schedule process of the bottom; and it was concluded the characteristics of the seismic performance of the structure. it made some regularity summary of the seismic performance of the high-rise reinforced concrete block masonry structures, it contributed to provide some practical advice for the future theoretical analysis and structural design.
