A Study Of Ecological Composite Wall Structure-based On Technical And Economic Analysis Method

Ecological composite wall structure system is a new product,which adapt to thebuilding energy saving, the wall body reforming and the development of housingindustrialization. It is a new residential structure system and has many advantages,such as a good seismic performance, good energy saving effect, build fast, economical,practical, and environmental, so it has extensive popularization and applicationprospects. At present, the basic research in view of the ecological composite wallstructure has gradually improved, the technical economic analysis of the ecologicalcomposite wall structure research is still in pure economic analysis, comprehensiveperformance evaluation research is relatively weak. So, it remains to be furtherresearch. On the basis of this article at the early stage of the research study, this article,in view of the ecological composite wall structure of the residential project, theecological composite wall structure was studied by means of technical and economicevaluation based on AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. The specificmeasures as follows:(1) To analysis the cost and energy saving of ecological composite wall structureCompare the project cost in the ecological composite wall structure and thetraditional housing structure and focus on the analysis of the structure of energy savingcosts based on the analysis of the structural features in the present residence. Discussthe ecological composite wall structure of the project cost and energy saving benefit,lay the foundation to establish the technical and economic comprehensive evaluationindex system of the ecological compound wall structure.(2) To establish a comprehensive evaluation index system for ecological composite wall structureAccording to the characteristics of the ecological composite wall, conduct ananalysis focusing on technical, economic, social and ecological factors that influencingthe technical and economic index of ecological composite wall structure. In line withthe setting principles of index system, using the Delphi method to select, so as toestablish the comprehensive evaluation system of technical and economic indexes ofthe ecological composite wall structure.(3) To establish a comprehensive evaluation of ecological composite wallstructure fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model based on Fuzzy comprehensiveevaluation and AHP methodEstablish the ecological composite wall structure technical and economiccomprehensive evaluation model based on the AHP-Fuzzy comprehensive evaluationmethod. Using the analytic hierarchy process to determine the weight of evaluationindex system of residential structure, and then through the consistency test; Use themultistage fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to evaluate the technical and economicstructure synthetically. Through check the technical and economic comprehensiveevaluation model of the ecological composite wall structure of the demonstrationproject under construction to evaluate comprehensive performance of the samebuilding when using different residential structure. Analysis shows that the ecologicalcomposite wall structure system has good advantages and broad application prospects,and it can provide reference basis for the investment decision-making for the projectand the establishment of related specifications.
