| Earthquake is a natural disaster that cannot be predicted in advance, in the eventthat will bring inestimable losses to human. The long-span structure for coal-conveyergallery is an important part of coal mines and other plants, once damaged in theearthquake, there will be great obstacles and stagnation in people’s production and life.Due to the active period of earthquakes now, the study on seismic performance analysisof the coal-conveyer-gallery has become a valued research project of many engineeringscholars both at home and abroad.In this paper, reference to B102coal-conveyer-gallery in the east-opencast coalpreparation plant of Pingshuo coal industrial company, the finite element model of thesteel structure coal-conveyer-gallery is built with finite analysis software based on theblueprint of it. In addition, the dynamic characteristics and seismic response analysis ofthe steel structure gallery are studied systematically. The main research is made up ofthe following several parts:(1)Using the finite element software SAP2000and the blueprint, the steel structurecoal-conveyer-gallery finite element model is established. The conclusion of themechanical analysis of the structure is that the gallery structure belongs to the modalintensive system.(2)This article makes the seismic response analysis of the steel structure gallery bythe mode superposition method. The conclusion shows that the vertical earthquakewave has more influence on stress than horizontal deformation.(3)This paper does the dynamic response analysis of the steel structure gallery by the transient analysis method. The conclusion shows that artificial wave has the mostinfluence on the structure deformation and stress, and Tar wave has the minimal impact.(4)Under two methods, the result of response spectrum analysis is slightly largerunder horizontal earthquake action and is slightly smaller under vertical earthquakeaction than the time history analysis’s. And both satisfy the code requirement.The above analysis makes us more comprehensive understand the anti-earthquakecapability of the long-span structure for steel structure gallery and can provide thereference to it. |
