Coal-conveyer gallery is one of the main industrial structures in coal, electric power,metallurgy and other industrial plants, is an important transportation channel of industrial production. The steel structure gallery is widely used in the long-span coal transportation bridge in China, with its material light weight, low cost, low construction speeed, recyclable and good seismic performance. However, with the large span, high-altitude steel bridge put into use, because the steel structure's stiffness is small, light weight, poor stability, especially the application of large volume, high speed belt conveyor equipment, making the structure of the exciting force change more sensitive, resulting in the construction of the bridge structure of the vibration problem has become particularly prominent. Therefore, it is of great theoretical and engineering value to carry out the research on the selection and vibration control of the long-span steel structure bridge.In this paper, the whole finite element model of the long - span steel structure coal bridge is established by using SAP2000V15, and the dynamic characteristics of the structure, the seismic response and the vibration response of the equipment are analyzed. The main contents are as follows:1 .Retrieve and analyze the relevant literatures at home and abroad, summarize the structure and structural characteristics of the coal transportation bridge, and select the engineering example of the Huangling coal mine bridge. The structural calculation model is established by SAP2000V15, and the dynamic characteristics of the structure are analyzed.2.The seismic response of the long - span steel structure coal bridge is analyzed by means of vibration - response method and time - history analysis method. The results show that the structure meets the requirements of the specification.3.Analysis of the working principle of belt conveyor system and the influence of the gallery structure vibration system, vibration force generated on the belt conveyor system,combined with the actual engineering requirements and specifications are exciting force calculation method, based on the analysis of the structure of steady state and transient harmonic loads. The analysis results show that the structure and operation of the instantaneous running over there was a resonance response in the structure of equipment, should avoid resonance phenomenon near the resonance frequency or take corresponding measures to reduce the structural resonance response, so as to avoid excessive vibration and damage due to structure.4.The response to the earthquake response and equipment vibration response analysis results, combined with vibration control standards, designed to use the appropriate vibration reduction measures. The paper puts forward a reasonable way and method to solve the vibration problem of the bridge structure, and provides a reference for the maintenance and reinforcement of the existing coal bridge and the design of the new structure.
