Since2009,after the Copenhagen conference,a revolution of green low carbonresidential begins quietly. In the executive meeting of the State Council, the governmentconfirmed the2020detail emission reduction target, namely per unit of GDP carbonemissions would reduce by40%-45%than in2005till2020,at same time China takesstrong policy measures and actions to ensure it. As a pillar industry in China the real estateindustry has quite huge carbon emissions. Under low-carbon residential requirement,integrated use of advanced environmental technology was sought after by consumers.Especially Vanke as a leader has been successful in the residential road of industrialization,whose full fine decoration technology system has also become the object of the researchand development. Fine decoration houses not only can save time-consuming ownerdecorate time,but also can avoid the rough housing caused by the secondary decorationwaste and pollution,and greatly reduce the energy consumption、 material consumptionsand costs. It is the best way to implement green low-carbon. So real estate developeddirection is the fine decoration residential commercial housing, the green low-carbonresidential is also the development trend of the present industry. Best combining above twopoints we may stand in market&get success.Fine decoration of commercial housing adapted to green low-carbon housingrequirements ecology, low-carbon, environmentally friendly development concept, but as apart of many highly specialized systematic project, how to make the reasonable renovation,how to ensure to purchase with energy saving and environmental protection&cost optimal,and effective co-ordination between system&machine, how to train workers, how toinnovative the4P marketing strategy. All are main problem for green low-carbon residentialresearch to be solved.Today, the green low-carbon economy has been widely recognized and has beenelevated to a new level, and it gathers more&more ever-growing supply of funds andfinancial policy support. Who can seize the initiative; he can become a low-carboneconomy the winner. Green marketing will also be a great development. However, most ofthe real estate development enterprises has not yet ready, do not want to pay the extra costand time to carry out theoretical research and development practices, which limit theeffective practice of green marketing in real estate projects.This article is focusing on the analysis of green design,and marketing mode,trying to find out the existing problems of real estate,and then put forward the correspondingsolution strategies,hoping to make existing green marketing model will be improved,so asto better promote the development of the real estate industry.
