In the global resources become increasingly scarce, environment pollution is becoming more and more serious today, traditional construction as the main body of energy consumption in our country, change the traditional high energy consumption of building technology, promote the development of green building, which is the best way to improve the environment, is also the opportunity of building enterprise transformation. In response to the environmental and resource problems, establish the human and the nature harmonious unity friendly society, realize sustainable development of construction industry, as a demonstration effect of the commercial real estate construction should take the lead in the development of green building.With more attention paid to the green building, our government has issued relevant laws, regulations and standards to promote the development of green building. Our country in 2015 formal implementation of the green building evaluation standard, the implementation of the standard marks the development of green architecture in our country have their own national standards. In formally promulgated the green building evaluation standard, no scholars dedicated to the green building evaluation standard, relevant provisions in the green building technology design strategy research, more is not specifically for commercial real estate design strategy of green building technology research. At present scholars more focused on the analysis of the green building technology parameter analysis.In this paper, to solve this problem. First of all, the thesis defines the concept and connotation of green building and commercial real estate, this paper expounds the green construction chain relationship of interests of various stakeholders. And then expounds the green construction technology standard theory, the green building comprehensive evaluation theory. Paper according to the "green building evaluation criteria" as the main line, the first step to green building standards of collection, the second step is to establish the green building design strategy design idea, the whole life cycle of absorbing ideas for commercial real estate green architecture technology design, put forward the design method of integrated many professional cooperation at the same time, more professional integrated with the implementation of the design strategy. In environmentally friendly ways to send questionnaires to invite the public participate in the design, respect the building and construction, building the friendly with people.
