Today’s human society, especially our country is facing two major problems:ecological problems and energy issues. At present, China is in a stage of rapiddevelopment of urbanization, which kind of living environment and urbanenvironment do we need? Obviously, China’s urbanization should take the road ofsustainable development and low-carbon environment. It requires us to reflectecological characteristics of urban construction, construction of ecological city.Energy consumption is an important issue of urbanization. One of the key influencingfactors to an ecological city is energy planning and design. As technology develops, abetter urban energy planning is always a complex process of a variety of technologyintegration and combination. Distributed energy is an important form of urban areasof energy, this energy patten both breadth and depth have been greatly developed inrecent years.Distributed energy has gradually become useful to explore the construction ofurban energy, and it goes to mature. Distributed energy has a significant impact onthe energy structure changing in our country, it will greatly promote sustainable urbandevelopment and promote low carbon development model. To develop distributedenergy, it should firstly make energy planning, especially the regional energyplanning.This paper is based on the current eco-city construction planning experience inthe implementatio of distributed energy systems and related distributed energy systemtheory. Distributed energy plays an important role in the eco-city planning,distributed energy systems in the ecological city planning applications for eco-cityplanning, how to do energy planning and thus improve energy efficiency and reduceair emissions and other various useful exploration and research conducted.This paper focuses on the following points:Distributed energy has gradually become a major form of energy use in thedeveloped countries, comparing with them, we still have a larger space in the level ofapplication of distributed energy. At present, China has started with the promotion ofdistributed energy conditions around the growing eco-city construction, distributedenergy has become an important option.Integration of distributed energy from the original simple CCHP for thedevelopment of natural gas-based, supplemented by a variety of renewable energy green energy, referencing Chinese scholars "Pan-energy" concept, the internet and useof energy information control techniques and concepts such as the development ofdistributed energy show a broad space, with our traditional energy use compared toconventional full use of distributed energy efficiency, reduce carbon emissions andother atmospheric emissions, so as to enhance the level of the urban environment.The author elaborates that distributed energy has a high level of low-carbon andenvironmental value by specific distributed energy planning at ecological park andenergy evaluation.
