| In recent years, hydraulic transmission technology has been used widely in machinery,defense and other areas. Therefore it has becoming increasingly important to develophydraulic technology. In hydraulic technology, the hydraulic circuit means a combinationof hydraulic components which can achieve a particular function. It constitutes the basicunit of hydraulic systems’ structure and function. And it is the basis of analysising anddesigning complex hydraulic system. On the basis of the new hydraulic components withdual-stator structure which have multi-pump and multi-speed motor, designing thecorresponding typical hydraulic circuit, and taking a series of theoretical analysis andresearch on the circuit, it is particularly important for the development of hydraulic systemwith multi-pump and multi-speed motor.This paper describes the research status of hydraulics technology firstly. Consideringthe principle of the hydraulic components with dual-stator structure and multi-pump andmulti-speed motor, on the basis of the existing hydraulic value, the typical direction loopcontrol circuits with multi-pump or with both multi-pump and multi-speed motor has beendesigned, the working principle and features of these loop circuits also has been described.In the control loop circuit with cylinder which controlled by multi-pump, the flow,pressure, efficiency, energy saving, commutation, speed and other aspects of the loopcircuit has been analyzed. And the multi-pump flow which influenced by scaling factor ofmulti-pump displacement has been learned. A super component model of multi-pump andmulti-speed motor has been created in the simulation software. The commutation impactof direction control loop circuit with cylinder which influenced by multi-pump has beensimulation analyzed.In the typical commutation circuit of multi-pump with multi-speed motor, the scalefactor relation between multi-speed motor’s torque and speed, torque and speed and motordisplacement has been study detailed in different working ways, The differentialconnection of multi-speed motor has been designed and studyed based on the typicalcommutation circuit. The characteristics of the circuit have been analyzed theoretically under both cases of the constant torque and the constant power. In the simulation software,the speed and torque of typical commutation circuits with multi-pump and multi-speedmotor under different working conditions has been simulated analyzed. Finally, throughthe existing prototype, the principle experiment of circuit has been carried, thereby thefoundation of the double stator drive system with multi-pump and multi-speed motor hasbeen established. |
