| Automotive Electronic Stability Control system combines anti-lock brake system,traction control system and active yaw control system, it can also implement real-timemonitoring of vehicles condition, understeer or oversteer, and the driving vehicle canmaintain its stability and safety under various conditions by adjusting the braking forceand the engine torque.ESC mainly includes hydraulic control unit HCU, electronic control unit ECU,various sensors and engine management systems EMS, and solenoid valves is used as akey component of HCU. Most traditional products use on-off valve, with the risingdemand for accurate flow control, linear solenoid valve has been widely used in recentyears, the technology of linear control should also need to be studied urgently.In view of the linear solenoid valve, this paper developed ECU which can realizelinear control of solenoid valve, the main contents include the following parts:1First of all, based on the control principle of ESC, the overall scheme of linearcontrol ECU was created.2The hardware circuit of ECU was designed, fully considering electromagneticinterference.3ECU software was written in the Infineon chip supporting development tools,adopting functional modular design, which is of good portability. Focus is on theimprovement of linear control procedures in solenoid valve.4Schematic and PCB simulation on ECU, and complete the trial-manufacture.5ESC linear electronic control unit validation test was carried out, including theperformance testing and linear control effect of solenoid valve.The results show that the performance of linear ECU control algorithm can basicallymeet requirements, it achieves the linear change of valve opening and brake pressure.ECU designed in this paper is proved to reduce noise and pressure fluctuation effectively,improve the response speed and control effect. |
