At present, the situation of China’s air pollution is very serious, leading to the indoorair pollution of most of the construction is worrying, a variety of decoration materials,household equipment and personnel activities generated lot air pollution, the air tightnessof residential building is very good, lead to a serious deterioration of indoor air quality.With the improvement of people’s living standards, people pay more attention to indoor airenvironment.The subject is based on the situation that China’s indoor pollution is a serious, andrefers to the design of relevant control system devices. We studied Hydrodynamics, andproposed the intelligent controller of primary air system it is based on sensor technology,signal collection technology, LCD technology, and motor fuzzy control technology.In this paper, first we introduced the research background ventilation system, andthen described the development of ventilation systems. Then details the basic knowledgeof mechanical ventilation, it includes the calculation of ventilation rate and the basicknowledge of turbulence simulation. Then we simulated the diffusion of pollutants underdifferent conditions by Fluent, it provided support for the design of ventilation systems.Then introduced the control system hardware design and software design, it includes thedesign of various sensor acquisition modules, human-computer interaction module, drivermodule design, and the motor fuzzy control algorithm. Finally, we proved that thecontroller could save energy by experiment. The intelligent controller of primary airsystem is a typical ventilation product to improve indoor air quality, because it has variousair sensors and contain motor fuzzy control algorithm, so it can automatically collect airquality and automatically adjusts air quality. This subject provides a reference for thefuture design of the controller of Indoor air quality.
