Since the implementation of "Golden sun" project and photovoltaic buildingdemonstration project policy, which promoted distributed photovoltaic generationexplosive growth in the past three years. By the end of2013, the state announceddistributed photovoltaic generation project cumulative installed capacity is about3100MW. Although distributed photovoltaic has been showed explosive growth, relatedproblems are still serious, such as planning, design, construction, management standards,operation standards and unsound regulations. Currently, the industry is a lack ofdistributed photovoltaic power generation EPC project risk management systematicresearch, which exerts a negative influence on the industry development and a waste ofresources. In this context,this paper conducts a comprehensive analysis about distributedphotovoltaic EPC project risk management issue, basis on Zhejiang Jiashan Yuhui30MW distributed photovoltaic power generation project risk management practice and riskmanagement theories, which is significant for industry development.First of all, this paper illustrates a systematic introduction of the topic, not only thebackground and significance and develop status in China and abroad, methods andresearch contents, but also project risk management concepts and theories,whichprovides a theoretical basis for the full text.Secondly,this paper conducts a comprehensive introduction on Zhejiang JiashanYuhui30MW distributed photovoltaic power generation project, discusses the reasons oftaking Zhejiang Jiashan Yuhui project as a case and characteristics of distributedphotovoltaic generation project.Thirdly,this paper combines with distributed photovoltaic power generation projectrisk management characteristics,takes Zhejiang Jiashan Yuhui30MW distributedphotovoltaic power generation project as a case,identifies and evaluates distributedphotovoltaic power generation EPC project risk through three methods includingchecklists, expert scoring and analytic hierarchy process. These analyses provide acomprehensive understanding for project risk and related risk factors weight, probability, correlative degree.Last but not least,this paper presents a distributed photovoltaic power generationEPC project risk management prevention measure,control strategy and approach in termsof different two stages including pre-project and project implementation process so as toprovide reference for distributed photovoltaic power generation EPC project domesticand overseas enterprises.
