Since the wenchuanearthquakeoccured, rural post-disaster reconstructiondrawahighly attention from social groups and are widely discussed in china. The diversity ofthe participants’background, objectives and methodsleads tothe different ways ofcorporation between participants and villagers, which ultimately affects the satisfactionof reconstruction. Onsynergetic, the coupling determines the system transforming fromdisorder to order. Therefore, the rural post-disaster reconstruction can be considered asthe coupled result by the effort ofmuti-organizations. This paper discuss the variousproblems systematically base on the perspective of coupling and start with theconnection between organizations. The coupling study proceeds withthe methods of separation and reunion: to startwith, the local government, the NGO and architectare considered as hetero-organizations,whilethe local villagers are regarded as self-organizations. Then, the coupling pattern isintroduced to establish an Index system (Order parameter system) of the reconstructionas the valuation basis of the coupling in accordance with the system methodof‘personage-situation–object’andAnalytic Hierarchy ProcessNext, three Settlements, the village of Daping,Mingle,Yangliu, are studied assamples, where the objective, procedures, results, completeness of objective(hetero-organization) and the satisfaction of experience (self-organization)areinvestigated. With the invested items and Theoretical research,The reconstructionindicatorsystem of villages are rated, andcoupling pattern is applied to grade theefficiency of self-organization and hetero-organization (coordination degree ofcoupling)Results shows: the village Yangliu, with the highest degree of coupling, demonstrated highly coupled, while the village Daping and Mingle, which is lesscoupled is still in the running-in stage.furthermore, based on the rating of index system, this paper summarized the problems of reconstruction samples, including:1) theshortage of long-term development mechanism, characterized by rapid campaign-likereconstruction, andCo-ordination in different phase;2), the incapacity of localorganizations led by the village committee in cooperation, which leadsthediscordbetween participants and local villagers;3) the incomprehension of thesuitabilitymode, and the pursuit of efficiency extensively, etc. At last, the results of the survey and the relevant problems are summarized to set up ruralpost-disaster reconstruction mechanism on the basis of the organization coupling,including:1) the conception, to give the overview of the sustainability of ruralreconstruction inthe dimensions of culture, ecology, economy;2) the organization, including the organized methods of quality management, technology training, Buildingcooperative,Segmented development.3) the method, which is the key points of ruralsuitability technology, including the componentselection of structure and palisade, andthe simplification of construction technologyThrough the investigation and systematically analysis, a fairly comprehensiveunderstanding of rural post-disaster reconstruction and existing problems is attained, which leads to the suggestion and expectation of the reconstruction developmentfor thefuture. As a study of Architecture, this paper not only discusses the planning, design andconstruction of technical problems, but also expand the social aspects of architecture.asto the discipline, this paper may unfolded in a relatively new way, involving a great dealofanalysisfrom qualitative to quantitative. However the investigative work remains to beperfect, and the details still need further research, relevant data conclusion may deviated.ThereforeI am expecting the further study will go deep.
