Cultivation Countermeasure Research Of Automobile Specialty Talentin Changchun

Automobile has become a daily necessity in thousands of households with theprogress of our modern society. The growth of automobile ownership has been fuelling thedevelopment of industry of auto maintenance and repair， and large quantities of well trainedpersonnel in this field are needed. Therefore, the talent cultivation for auto maintenance andrepair has been included in the National Education Project for Technical Talent. However, theeffort of schools alone cannot meet the social demand for automobile specialized talent becauseautomobile specialty possesses the features of strong practicalness and rapid technologicalupdating. This thesis seeks to find solutions to the imbalance between supply and demand oftalent cultivation in automobile specialty in Changchun respectively from the view of school,enterprise and trainee by analyzing the problems of automobile specialty talent cultivation ofvocational schools in Changchun.The thesis mainly adopts literature research method, the method of comparative studyand case survey method to study the automobile specialty talent cultivation of vocational schoolsof Changchun, and proposes corresponding countermeasures in view of the supply and demandcontradiction for automobile specialty talent cultivation on the basis of the analysis on its statusquo and existing problems.This thesis shows the market demand of industry of auto maintenance and repair,including the status quo and development trend of the industry through elaborating thedevelopment of the industry. Besides, this thesis also points out the existing problems of theautomobile specialty talent cultivation of vocational schools of Changchun, namely, theuncertainty of objectives, the irrationality of curriculum setup, the backwardness of textbookcontent, the lack of practical teaching and “double-qualified” teachers and the formalism oftraining base construction, and finds out the solutions. In the Conclusion, the thesis states thestudy result and the shortcomings of this thesis and puts forward future research.
