In the backgrand of increasingly rapid economic development in China and increasinglystrong demand for electrical energy, huge economic benefits can be realized by reducingpower loss of power industry. Distribution network is a part of relatively concentrated loss inpower transmission. Solving problem of energy distribution networks can have an enormousimpact.To save energy in distribution networks, it depends on structural parameters of electricalequipment, grid structure, operation control of grid and other factors. We must betterunderstand network loss factors formed in the distribution networks and the relationshipamong the factors, so we can better formulate distribution networks energy saving strategies,and improve the distribution network operating economy; We must comprehensively assesspotential of distribution networks of energy saving, so we can set goals of energyconservation transformation and energy conservation plan of distribution networks; We mustsystematically analyze the key factors impacted on loss of distribution networks, so we canguide the direction of energy conservation transformation and energy conservation plan ofdistribution networks.Through comprehensive research of Gaoming distribution network, it analyzes regionalreactive load, power quality, power loss, configuration of reactive power compensation device,reactive scheduling optimization and operation, and finds out the main problems; Based onnetwork loss analysis theory of distribution network, we analyze seven measures of energyefficiency,such as adjustment of busbar operating voltage, and propose energy-efficiencyassessment based on sampled statistics; Based on line characteristics and load characteristicsof all230medium voltage lines in Gaoming distribution network, they are divided into fourtypes, such as city district, towns, rural areas, and mountainous areas including source. Wechoose10of them as typical lines to assess their potential of energy saving, to makstransformation for energy saving optimization, and to obtain overall energy saving potentialof Gaoming distribution network; We propose comprehensive transformation planning modelof energy saving of distribution networks based on degree of demand, through the correlationamong line loss rate and some energy-saving measures, we get the degree of damand ofintegrated energy conservation transformation measures and the order of alteration, it guidesthe direction of specific energy-saving projects; At last, according to research of energyassessment and energy conservation transformation plan, for the actual of Gaoming distribution network, it summarizes guiding significance recommendations of distributionnetwork energy-saving integrated planning in Gaoming district.
